• Content marketing at Freshpaint is not just about writing blog posts or eBooks. • We do produce plenty of written content, we also produce multimedia content, like webinars, videos, and more. • We’re looking for a creative and organized Content Production Manager to own our multimedia content initiatives, from webinars and event content to audio and video production. • In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—marketing, demand gen, events, and external speakers—to produce high-quality, engaging content that drives awareness and thought leadership.
• 4+ years experience producing content marketing for B2B SaaS brands. Bonus points for healthcare experience. • Experience in webinar production and event-focused content creation. • Strong project management skills and attention to detail. • Technical proficiency in video/audio editing software, or ability to manage freelancers for these tasks. • A knack for repurposing content into multiple formats to maximize reach. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally. • You have strong opinions about what it means to produce high-quality content. • You love talking to customers. Our marketing superpower is understanding our customers better than any other brand in healthcare. • Efficiency is mandatory. Freshpaint moves fast. You need to be efficient to keep up. • A “break down walls” mentality. You need to own your work and sometimes get creative to finish a project. • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time for events.
