• Proactive cooperation in the local Management Team in developing the Customer Group strategy • Take responsibility to identify potential, define sales activities, coordinate regional execution • Coordination and Handling of direct customers incl. budget (turnover) responsibility • C4C Management by given standards and protocols • Gain new business via new customer acquisition according to defined goals and targets • Lead and coordinate in handling regional cross-territorial groups based in the territories • Close cooperation with local Marketing, CIC and Logistics to secure and coordinate customer relevant promotions • Frequent Training and share market trends to the entire sales organization

Requirements

• Professional Experience and Experience Preferred but not must • university degree in e.g economics • min. 3 years experience in Key Account Management in General Cleaning Business • Good knowledge in the Customer Group XXX • Experience in selling explainable and high quality products and systems • Good knowledge of English • Knowledge in using Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, CRM Systems • Experience in digital communication (Teams, LinkedIn, etc.) • analytical skills • Focused, structured, organized • Communicator & negotiation skills • Drivers the business • Entrepreneurial thinking and acting • Selling skills and friendly appearance • Be confident with numbers and calculation • Team player • Skills to solve challenges
