• Discover the unique needs of our clients and offer them products that perfectly match their requirements. • Respond with enthusiasm and expertise to all customer inquiries regarding our product information, competitive pricing, and additional services. • Work with determination to achieve and exceed our monthly and annual sales targets, collaborating closely with our Field Sales Manager to ensure our mutual success. • Showcase our products by optimizing their shelf presentation, using attractive promotional materials, and organizing dynamic activations to capture consumer attention and boost sales. • Keep the entire team in the loop by proactively sharing photos and relevant information about events happening in the field, allowing the sales and marketing teams to stay connected to our dynamic reality. • Maintain our CRM with meticulous accuracy, ensuring that all essential information is accessible in an instant for agile and informed decision-making. • Actively and engagingly participate in meetings, bringing innovative ideas and sharing enriching experiences to strengthen our team spirit and maximize our collective performance.

Requirements

• Have 2 to 3 years of field sales experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector. • Have an understanding of sales and merchandising tools and practices. • Very good knowledge of Dutch and basic skills in French and English. • Possess excellent skills in communicating persuasively and engagingly. • Autonomous, proactive, and highly organized personality, capable of self-motivation and effectively managing responsibilities. • Able to establish strong and lasting connections with key contacts, developing trust-based relationships through attentive listening and understanding of specific needs. • Entrepreneurial mindset, ready to tackle challenges, explore new opportunities, and propose innovative ideas to drive the company’s growth and success.
