• Qualified education, ideally in economics • Knowledge in handling a sales territory in terms of route planning, customer visits, cooperation with Distribution partners and customer Management • min. 5 year’s experience in B2B sales • Experience in selling explainable and high-quality products and systems • Knowledge in the professional Cleaning Business • Knowledge in using Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, CRM Systems • Experience in digital communication (Teams, LinkedIn, etc.) • excellent verbal communication skills • good negotiation skills • self-motivated and organized individual • ability to build relationship with key contacts • Entrepreneurial thinking and acting • Team player • Selling skills and friendly appearance
