That’s why we create products that simplify home-cooking; it’s why we celebrate traditions with families given, chosen, and found; and it’s why we share those stories with you, directly from the people and places where they originate. β€’ We are looking for a driven Global Business Development & Sales Operations Administrator to help us expand Our Place globally. β€’ In this role, you'll be at the heart of our business development strategy, supporting key wholesale B2B partnerships, managing day-to-day operations, and collaborating on exciting new initiatives. You'll work closely with the Business Development Manager and SVP to drive product distribution across global markets, all while ensuring smooth operational processes and building strong relationships with retail and cross functional partners. If you thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, have experience in the wholesale B2B space (especially in the cookware and home goods industries), and are passionate about new market growth and relationship-building, we want to hear from you!

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 2-4 years of experience in the wholesale B2B industry, with a focus on cookware, kitchenware, or home goods. Experience managing wholesale relationships, product operations, and working with major US and UK retailers is preferred. β€’ Retail account experience: Familiarity with large-scale wholesale accounts like Target, Nordstrom, Walmart, or Costco is a big plus. β€’ Tech-Savvy & Detail-Oriented: Comfortable using tools like Slack, Google Suite, and project management platforms (such as Frontify) for asset management, order tracking, and communications. Highly organized with a strong eye for detail and accuracy. β€’ Strong Relationship Builder: You excel at creating and nurturing relationships with retail partners, internal teams, and other stakeholders. Your ability to manage communications effectively is key to success in this role. β€’ International Exposure: Experience working in global markets or with international partners is preferred. You have the ability to understand different market dynamics and tailor strategies accordingly. β€’ Proactive & Adaptive: You thrive in a dynamic, ever-changing environment, are comfortable with ambiguity, and are excited about the challenge of supporting new initiatives and global expansion.
