Description

• Lead strategy, automate processes, and drive growth in a fast-paced gaming platform. • Manage budgeting and forecasting, ensuring compliance and financial reporting. • Optimize financial performance, streamline processes, and partner with cross-functional teams. • Develop long-term financial strategies ensuring alignment with company goals. • Own cash flow management, forecasting, monitoring, and recommendations. • Deliver high-quality financial reports for informed decision-making. • Collaborate with senior leadership on financial impacts of projects and policies. • Manage internal and external audits, preparing reports and executing recommendations. • Monitor financial performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in financial management, with at least 3 years in a senior finance role. • Strong knowledge of IFRS and hands-on experience with financial/accounting software (BC , Quickbooks, Xero). • Proven ability to manage multiple subsidiaries across different geographies, deep understanding of international financial operations. • Exceptional English communication skills, present complex financial information clearly and persuasively. • Highly analytical, data-driven approach with strong problem-solving abilities. • Proactive leader who can mentor and develop junior finance team members. • Strong sense of accountability, passion for driving financial success, operational excellence and automation. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment focusing on continuous improvement.
