• Build kick off decks, plans • Build Test cases (OTC, PTP, RTR) working with Functional leads, manage defect triage. • Lead and oversee the SAP testing team in planning, executing, and managing comprehensive testing strategies for SAP implementations, upgrades, and enhancements. • Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on functional and technical specifications to ensure the quality and reliability of SAP modules. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to align testing activities with project timelines and requirements. • Conduct risk assessments and prioritize testing efforts to ensure critical business processes and functionalities are thoroughly validated. • Manage test data creation, maintenance, and validation to simulate real-world scenarios and accurately assess system performance. • Utilize testing tools and methodologies to automate test scripts, optimize testing processes, and improve overall efficiency. • Monitor and report on testing progress, defects, and issues to stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication. • Provide guidance and mentorship to the testing team, promoting skill development and fostering a collaborative work environment. • Act as a subject matter expert on SAP testing best practices, industry standards, and emerging trends to drive continuous improvement. • Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards and adherence to established testing frameworks and methodologies.

Requirements

• Must have ECC to S4Hana Testing Exp. • Exceptional communication skills required. • Required knowledge and experience on Tricentis tools, specifically tools related to Load testing, such as NeoLoad
