📋 Description

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP S/4HANA Project Manager with expertise in Selective Data Transfer (SDT)/SNP Bluefield Migration and transformation from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA using the SAP Activate Methodology. • The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing all phases of the migration project, from planning and execution to delivery, ensuring a seamless transition with minimal disruption to business operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred. • 8+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA Greenfield, Brownfield, Selective Data Transfer/Bluefield implementations and migrations. • Proven experience leading SAP S/4HANA migration projects, particularly using Selective Data Transfer/SNP Bluefield Migration methodologies. • Experience leading onshore and offshore SAP functional and technical teams • Strong understanding of SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA modules, architecture, and migration tools. • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. • PMP certification or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable. • SAP Activate Methodology Certification is a plus. • Experience with change management, stakeholder engagement, and risk management methodologies. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate challenges and develop proactive solutions.
