📋 Description

• Oversee the successful delivery of large, complex website redesign projects • Manage and mentor a team of project managers • Act as primary point of contact for assigned projects from discovery through launch • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans with clear alignment • Manage scope, timeline, budget, and deliverables while tracking performance metrics • Cultivate strong client relationships through communication and expectation management • Supervise a team, provide mentorship, and foster a collaborative environment • Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and scope while monitoring risks

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of client-facing digital project management experience managing large-scale website redesigns • 3+ years of experience managing other project managers in a digital agency or similar environment • Hands-on understanding of web development processes and CMS platforms (e.g., Drupal or WordPress) • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Basecamp, Kantata) • Exceptional communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and PMP certification or equivalent preferred
