📋 Description
• Ensure seamless data integration between trading partners, ERP and 3PL systems. • Ensure proper flow of transactional documents between trading partners and ERP. • Test EDI documents for compliance with standards to prevent errors. • Verify accurate mapping of EDI data into ERP workflows. • Ensure flawless data synchronization between ERP and 3PL systems. • Conduct end-to-end testing for new partner onboarding. • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to troubleshoot and ensure seamless integration. • Manage multiple integration projects simultaneously with a focus on deadline adherence.
🎯 Requirements
• Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g. NetSuite, SAP) and how they integrate with logistics, inventory, and order management processes. • Proficiency in EDI standards and implementation (ANSI X12, EDIFACT) and tools (AS2, FTP). • Experience integrating and validating data synchronization between ERP and 3PL providers. • Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, SQL) for automation. • Expertise in data transformation, API/web service integration (REST, SOAP), and legacy methods (flat files, SFTP). • Experience in software testing (unit testing, UAT), creating test plans, and troubleshooting EDI/3PL workflows. • Strong analytical skills to identify root causes, troubleshoot EDI transmission errors, and resolve discrepancies in real-time, with urgency. • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and vendors, with a relentless focus on meeting strict deadlines and ensuring data accuracy. • Ability to create and maintain comprehensive EDI mapping guidelines, test cases, and troubleshooting documentation. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners across North America and Europe.
