📋 Description
• Lead and optimize complex customer implementations of vertical SaaS solution in heavy-duty repair shop sector. • Execute large-scale projects while developing repeatable processes and scalable assets. • Scope, initiate, and deliver SaaS implementations for customers with $50k–100k+ ARR. • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders. • Build and manage detailed project plans, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery. • Coordinate cross-functional teams for smooth execution of project phases. • Identify process inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement. • Develop reusable assets to scale future customer implementations. • Lead internal and customer-facing meetings to align stakeholders and resolve issues. • Drive development of project management function within the company.
🎯 Requirements
• 5-8 years of experience managing SaaS or IT system implementations, particularly with financial system integrations and data migrations. • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and guiding clients through complex technical implementations. • PMP, CSM, or similar project management certification preferred. • Experience in PE-backed vertical SaaS or consulting. • Experience with back-office financial management systems (QuickBooks, Sage) and AR/AP concepts. • Experience with internal professional services P&L management, including services packaging, project and portfolio financial management, and professional services business metrics.
