📋 Description
• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyse their business requirements and technical needs. • Design, configure, and implement software solutions based on client requirements. • Lead and manage the implementation process ensuring projects are delivered on time. • Work with Technical Solutions Consultants for ongoing support during implementation. • Develop training sessions for clients to ensure effective solution usage. • Ensure implemented solutions meet quality standards through testing. • Gather client feedback to identify areas for improvement and recommend enhancements. • Work closely with different teams for cohesive client engagement.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in solutions consulting, implementation management, or SaaS project management role. • Strong project management skills, with experience using tools like Asana. • Strong communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders. • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. • Experience in solution design, or customer onboarding in a SaaS or enterprise software company. • Excellent stakeholder management skills across technical and business teams. • Familiarity with APIs, web services, and other integration technologies. • Strong problem-solving skills and project risk management. • Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or enterprise SaaS platforms is a plus. • Certifications in relevant technologies or project management (e.g. PMP, ITIL, etc.) are advantageous. • Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings and events if required. • Ensure fluency in English for clear communication.
