Requirements

• API Expertise: Strong understanding of APIs (REST, JSON, Webhooks). • Technical Problem-Solving: Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues. • Programming Knowledge: Basic scripting or coding experience (e.g., Python, JavaScript). • Customer Communication Skills: Excellent communication for technical concepts. • Experience in SaaS or Tech: Familiar with SaaS platforms and customer success workflows. • Collaboration & Tools: Experience with Postman, Asana, Linear, and CRM systems. • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required.
