🎯 Requirements

•Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. •Professional Experience: At least 7 years of product design experience, with a strong focus on user-centered design. •Design Proficiency: Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite. •Research Capability: Experience in conducting user research and usability testing. •Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills. •Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and ability to balance multiple projects at once. •Leadership and Mentorship: Experience mentoring and coaching other designers. •Project Leadership: Experience leading design projects and teams.
