📋 Description

• At Fullscript, we’re redefining how care is delivered. • Our platform gives integrative and functional medicine practitioners the tools to prescribe high-quality supplements, lab tests, and personalized treatment plans—all at scale. • Health is proactive. The tools to support it should be too. • We’re hiring a Staff Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market for our Clinical Science portfolio. • This is a critical role for a proven product marketer who knows how to work with clinical data, scientific insights, and practitioner needs—and translate them into impactful, go-to-market strategies. • You’ll launch features that support evidence-based care: protocols, diagnostics, supplement enhancements, and practitioner education. • You'll partner across Product, Clinical, Merchandising, and with lab and supplement partners. • This is a builder’s role. Clinical Science is growing fast—and we need someone who brings first-principles thinking, analytical rigor, and bias for action. • What You’ll Do: • Own go-to-market for Clinical Science features—protocols, diagnostics, and supplements • Translate clinical insights into clear, practitioner-ready messaging • Align with Product and Merchandising to shape launches and promotion strategy • Partner with labs and supplement brands to co-create messaging and content • Use data to guide strategy, measure impact, and iterate • Build positioning, messaging, and enablement from the ground up • Support clinical education content and launches as part of broader GTM strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• 10–12+ years in product marketing, including 5+ in B2B • Experience marketing to healthcare professionals or in digital health • Comfortable working across clinical, technical, and commercial teams • Strong analytical skills and confidence using data to inform decisions • Clear communicator—able to craft credible, concise messaging • Experience with partner marketing, especially in supplement or lab ecosystems • First-principles thinker with a builder’s mindset—comfortable navigating ambiguity • Bonus: Background in life sciences, clinical research, functional medicine, or previous experience as a practitioner (e.g. ND, nutritionist)
