📋 Description
• Play a critical role in shaping and executing pricing strategies for our payments business. • Manage a team of 1-3 pricing analysts to carry out detailed analytics and reporting tasks. • Oversee strategic payments pricing projects. • Collaborate with the Director of Pricing - Payments to develop and execute pricing strategies. • Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities. • Manage the deals desk process, reviewing and approving pricing requests. • Ensure alignment between sales, finance, and pricing teams. • Develop and maintain a framework for custom pricing requests. • Manage development of reports and pricing dashboards. • Lead cross-functional payments pricing projects.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in pricing, with a focus on payments processing or software related businesses highly preferred. • Strong experience with pricing analytics, data analysis, financial modeling, and reporting. • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel including pivot table analysis, dynamic array formulas, and power queries. • Excellent oral and written communication. • Excellent team player. • Excellent interpersonal skills.
