📋 Description
• Serve as the central coordinator for customer implementation and professional service projects. • Own project scope, templates, and processes for on‑time delivery. • Ensure a signed Statement of Work is in place before kickoff. • Facilitate communication through reviews and retrospectives. • Track project progress and escalate risks or issues. • Manage development issue lifecycle and prepare project briefs. • Maintain Go‑Live checklist and facilitate retrospectives. • Communicate scope changes and ensure accountability.
🎯 Requirements
• Working knowledge of cloud-based SaaS applications. • 2+ years of experience with SaaS software implementations. • Excellent project management skills. • Exceptional communication skills. • Highly organized and detailed person. • Understanding technical concepts to provide guidance and solutions. • History in the Print/Mail industry.
