β’ This role can be performed remotely anywhere within the United States. β’ Fullstory is a leading behavioral data platform focused on reshaping how businesses interact with their online audiences. β’ The role is highly visible and influential and impacts revenue growth, team performance, and company culture. β’ You will merge incentive compensation plan design with business strategy to drive desired outcomes. β’ You will lead the design and implementation of territory, quota, and compensation plans ensuring seamless execution. β’ You will maintain market-competitive compensation strategies through in-depth market research.
