• Manage the Enterprise SE team, focusing on enhancing the efficiency of presales activities and the onboarding process. • Collaborate closely with sales and customer success teams to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue growth. • Monitor and provide close oversight on Enterprise deals to ensure successful execution and risk management. • Maintain and develop relationships with key stakeholders across customer organizations. • Oversee the preparation and completion of RFPs. • Track and monitor KPIs for team members to ensure performance aligns with organizational goals. • Recruit, train, and mentor team members, focusing on continuous improvement of processes and tools. • Navigate complex project challenges to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree • 6+ years of experience in solution engineering, technical sales, or similar roles within SaaS companies. • Strong technical background with experience in web infrastructure, web analytics, and data management. • Proven CRM and integration experience (Salesforce, Hubspot). • Familiarity with front-end development technologies (JS/HTML/CSS). • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships with customers and internal teams. • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and solve complex technical challenges creatively. • Adept at managing a (remote) team and fostering a collaborative environment • You are a quick learner, passionate about technology and like to take a 'launch fast and iterate' approach • You love to act as a mentor and help guide talent to make optimal decisions • Experience in international settings, especially with teams in Eastern Europe, is preferred • Professional experience with nonprofit technology or within nonprofit industry is preferred
