• Oversee and manage all HR documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. • Facilitate open communication across the organization, addressing employee concerns and promoting a positive work environment. • Provide guidance and support to team leads to enhance their leadership skills and improve team performance. • Coordinate and manage the performance review process, providing feedback and development plans to drive employee growth. • Address and resolve employee issues and conflicts, fostering a culture of respect and collaboration. • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with company goals. • Identify training needs and coordinate programs to enhance employee skills and career development. • Ensure company policies and procedures are compliant with local laws and aligned with best practices.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR role, preferably within a startup or SaaS environment. • Proficiency in English and Russian, both written and spoken. • Strong understanding of HR best practices and legal requirements. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment. • Demonstrated experience in coaching and developing team leads
