📋 Description

•OTE: $180,000 - $200,000 •Base Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 •Location: remote in North America •Stock options •We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Solution Architect to join our Solutions Engineering team at Fundraise Up. This role is central to our enterprise presales activities, solution architecture development, partner integrations, platform testing, A/B testing, post-launch assessments, roadmap planning, and crafting client retention strategies. •This role is ideal for a proactive leader looking to make a significant impact in the nonprofit industry by delivering cutting-edge solutions that drive client satisfaction and retention.

🎯 Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field. •Extensive experience as a Solution Architect, particularly within the nonprofit sector, involving NPOs, tech companies, or agencies. •Expertise in digital technologies, cloud architecture, middleware, and application development. •Strong foundation in enterprise presales, solution architecture, and partner integrations. •Experience with A/B testing and data analysis. •Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. •Proven ability to lead and work collaboratively in cross-functional teams. •Highly effective problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. •Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
