• Partner with sales and marketing to deliver effective presentations • Develop technical understanding of Funnel’s software stack • Lead product demonstrations for various audiences • Act as a subject matter expert on Funnel’s offerings • Help guide prospects through sales discovery phase • Collaborate with sales team to understand customer requirements • Deliver sales presentations that articulate Funnel’s value propositions • Lead technical product demos customized for each client • Ensure seamless transition to implementation teams post-sale • Respond to customer requests for proposals and RFIs • Use discretion when solving technical issues • Collaborate with sales team for feedback and adjust demo strategies • Liaise with product development for updates on new features • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor products • Travel up to 20% of the time
• 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing sales or solutions engineering role • 4+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience • Outstanding presenting skills to both technical and executive audiences • Ability to understand complex product features quickly and articulate how they can create value for customers • Commitment to high standards, data-driven decision-making, continuous improvement, and teamwork • Strong communication, collaboration, and executive presentation skills • Track record of exceeding customer expectations • Experience working with engineering and product teams • Experience in the property management / PropTech sector is a plus • Prior startup experience is a plus
