Description
• Responsible for managing and engaging with online community to build brand awareness. • Work with internal partners to understand business objectives for effective communication with customers. • Work with social media and generate content to drive communications. • Plan social content and maintain a content calendar. • Monitor marketing strategy by overseeing social media campaigns.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or equivalent experience. • Proved experience with Social Media Platforms, CRM, Excel, and marketing related tools. • 3+ years' in marketing, advertising or related role. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Bonus experience: Thrive in a fast-paced, fluid and collaborative environment. • Strategic thinker: Solve complex problems with creative solutions and high attention to detail. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex or technical concepts externally.
