• Engineering Manager to lead a development team for the Consumer Product Group. • Oversee key features and infrastructure for web and mobile platforms. • Products include the Coinbase retail app, advanced trade, dapps, and staking. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product vision into a roadmap. • Break down complex projects and lead the iterative design process. • Ensure successful delivery and operation of multi-tenanted, distributed systems.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience • Highly desirable: Strong experience with Go • Proven experience in leading teams that deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure services across web and mobile platforms. • Expertise in creating, delivering, and operating multi-tenanted, distributed systems at scale. • A deep understanding of what constitutes high-quality code and engineering processes • A mindset that balances long-term strategic thinking with short-term planning • Hands-on technical skills • Passion for the mission of building an open financial system
