📋 Description

• LaunchDarkly is looking for an experienced Frontend Engineer to play a key role in building a new product line on the Error Monitoring & Session Replay team. • You’ll be part of the Release Observability pillar, focused on making every release safer, faster, and more reliable. • Our mission is to redefine how software is released: automating release processes, measuring the real-time impact of feature rollouts, and simplifying debugging when things go wrong. • As a member of the Error Monitoring & Session Replay team, you’ll harness LaunchDarkly’s SDKs to automatically track errors in customers' applications. • If you’re interested in building the systems that help software teams ship safely at scale, we’d love to work with you.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience with a focus on frontend development, or equivalent demonstrable skills and experience. • Proficiency with modern JavaScript libraries and tooling, such as React. • Proficient in designing, implementing, and maintaining RESTful APIs. • Experience working directly with customers and understands how their work impacts business goals. • Strong sense of ownership and accountability for delivering impactful solutions. • Proven ability to work closely and collaborate with cross functional partners, like product and design. • Experience building data-focused products such as experimentation platforms, analytics dashboards, or large-scale data visualizations. • Demonstrated ability to write clean, well-documented, and testable code with a focus on maintainability and extensibility. • Strong understanding of observability and monitoring tools and practices. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. • A proactive and self-directed approach to work. • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Experience working with distributed teams.
