• This is a remote position. • PLEASE CAREFULLY READ ALL THE DETAILS BEFORE APPLYING*** • JOB TITLE: Lead Generation Manager (Internal) • JOB OVERVIEW: We are seeking a Lead Generation Manager proficient in implementing multiple email marketing campaigns. • JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: Generate leads through email marketing. • Analyze email campaign results and make necessary adjustments on email subject, contents, and target audience. • Optimize AI for email content generation while adhering to our branding tone and guidelines. • Design and execute impactful email marketing campaigns to generate leads. • Create compelling copy for email campaigns. • Optimize email marketing efforts to maximize results. • Build campaigns from scratch. • Create email sequences for campaigns. • Extract contacts for campaigns. • Others: Generate contents and edit marketing materials effectively using Photoshop, Canva, and other relevant tools.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be someone who can embrace our company’s mission. • Must have experience in LinkedIn Ads and LinkedIn Generation (required) • Must have at least 3 years' work experience in Email Marketing. • Must be well-versed/proficient with email marketing tools and CRMs • Can build campaigns from scratch, create email sequences for campaigns and extract contacts for campaigns • Must be a world-class email copywriter (exceptional skills in email marketing) • Must have expertise in the following: • Email Marketing - must be able to analyze email campaign results and make necessary adjustments on email subject, contents, and target audience • Copywriting - must be able to optimize AI for email content generation while adhering to our branding tone and guidelines • Social Media Ad Management - must be able to manage ad campaigns in FB and LinkedIn • Good to have but not required: • Graphic Design - critical eye for B2B graphic design and able to generate contents and edit marketing materials effectively using Photoshop, Canva, and other relevant tools.
