This role is ideal for someone who not only executes tasks but also brings fresh ideas, understands the brand’s mission, and proactively strategizes content that resonates with the target audience. • Key Responsibilities: • Develop and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent and engaging posts. • Create and schedule content across social media platforms. • Conduct market research to understand the target audience’s needs, trends, and preferences. • Propose and implement creative content ideas, including Reels, posts, and stories that align with the brand’s identity. • Engage with the online community to foster growth and interaction. • Provide insights on what content performs best and suggest strategies for improvement.
• Experience in social media management, marketing, or content creation. • Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas and execute strategies. • Strong understanding of fashion trends and styling, with experience in the fashion industry, personal styling, or retail being a plus. • Ability to analyze audience behavior and adapt content accordingly. • Skilled in market research to identify content opportunities that solve the audience’s problems. • Excellent communication , organizational skills and a proactive approach to collaboration. • Preferred: Background in fashion, styling, or personal assisting. • Experience working with fashion-related brands or clients. • Strong sense of style and ability to align content with brand aesthetics.
