📋 Description
• Responsible for driving successful implementation and adoption of Claims, Encounters, and Financials (CEF) solution • Lead complex, enterprise-level implementations • Act as a strategic leader, fostering collaboration • Monitor customer health, engagement, and system performance • Work closely with product management, engineering, and support teams
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in Medicaid, healthcare IT, or government healthcare programs • Proven experience leading large-scale, enterprise-level implementations in a fast-paced, complex environment • Strong project and product management skills • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills • Hands-on experience working with Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS) • Strong understanding of Medicaid claims processing, encounter data submissions, and financial reporting • Ability to analyze customer needs, develop strategic project plans & roadmaps
