• Lead a team of resources who work across projects to ensure implementation teams have the right tools, messaging, and structured engagement approaches to effectively integrate into state Medicaid modernization programs. • Develop reusable engagement strategies, tools, and playbooks that provide a structured approach to client interactions across implementations. • Standardize and refine client engagement frameworks to improve how Gainwell teams navigate complex state Medicaid environments. • Ensure alignment between project-level client engagement efforts and Gainwell’s broader business objectives. • Lead development of client-facing collateral that can be leveraged across multiple implementations. • Distill complex, detailed technical information into executive-level roadmaps and presentations. • Identify common engagement challenges across implementations and develop proactive solutions that reduce risks and improve execution. • Drive consistency in how implementation teams approach stakeholder engagement, issue resolution, and client communications. • Partner with leadership to ensure client engagement continues to evolve as Medicaid procurement models and client expectations change.
• 5+ years of experience in client engagement, business strategy, or program management in Medicaid, healthcare IT, or large-scale public sector programs. • Experience in stakeholder mapping, communication planning, and client relationship strategies. • Demonstrated ability to work across multiple projects, standardizing and improving engagement practices. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in developing client-facing collateral and executive-level reports. • Knowledge of Medicaid IT ecosystems, multi-vendor program dynamics is highly preferred. • Public sector management consulting experience preferred. • Proven ability to lead teams, delegate tasks, and motivate individuals to achieve project goals.
