• Empower clients by analyzing education benefits usage • Collaborate with clients to identify data needs • Conduct in-depth consultations to understand workflows • Leverage advanced analysis tools for meaningful insights • Identify trends in metrics such as course completion and learner engagement • Create comprehensive reports and dashboards • Present data insights and actionable recommendations • Develop strategies to address client challenges
🎯 Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in a consultative-style data-driven business analytics role • 2+ years of experience in B2B business operation and/or client success environments preferred • Bachelor’s degree in related fields (Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Analysis, Data Science) or relevant work experience • Strong analytical and quantitative skills • Proficiency in SQL and data querying languages • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI or Tableau) • Advanced Excel skills • Ability to construct test design and perform statistical analysis • Experience with Salesforce data and reports a plus • Experience with Python and BigQuery a plus
