• Responsible for analyzing data to identify opportunities, improve patient outcomes, and translate those outcomes into business results. • Collaborates with cross-functional teams in the development and execution of all deliverables. • Serves as the first point of contact for data needs. • Fosters client satisfaction through development of deliverables and resolving issues. • Establishes strong relationships with clients and guides their expectations.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in related field (Mathematics, Computer Science, Epidemiology, Public Health, etc.) or equivalent • 5+ years of relevant experience in healthcare data analytics or knowledge to succeed in the role • Proven ability to utilize analytics tools including SQL, SAS, SPSS, and/or open source including Python and R • Capable of writing complex SQL queries within a Microsoft Technology environment • Solid ability to query and extract data from a complex data warehouse using SQL and/or ETL tools • Effective critical thinking and data management skills • Demonstrated ability to work with large data and self-direct in analysis • Thorough knowledge of healthcare domain and healthcare data • Ability to learn new technologies • Strong collaboration, interpersonal, and project management skills • Ability to communicate clearly with internal and external customers • Familiarity with HEDIS & CMS care quality measures
