Description

• Drive positive change in the life science learning landscape • Collaborate with internal and client team members • Address learning strategy and development needs • Project manage innovative and actionable learning solutions • Build deliverables and manage project timelines • Develop in-depth design documents and learning solution deliverables • Support the development of learning strategy deliverables • Articulate Salience’s value to clients • Conduct detailed reviews of deliverables • Efficiently manage the client's review process

Requirements

• Bachelors degree required • 3+ years management consulting in a life science strategy consulting practice or life science agency • 4+ years of project management experience • Business acumen in the pharmaceutical industry • Demonstrated ability to set vision for and build deliverables • Experience supporting learning projects or strong interest in learning and org transformation • Sense of urgency surrounding creating and achieving goals • Proven experience effectively prioritizing workloads to meet deadlines and work objectives • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Highly motivated to learn and grow and challenge yourself every day • Proficient with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Experience with Apple Mac laptops strongly preferred
