📋 Description
• Lead Workforce Software Time and Attendance, Integration, and Reporting implementations. • Conduct client strategy sessions to assess business processes, gather and document business requirements, and configure Workforce Software solutions accordingly. • Configure Workforce Software solutions to align with client business goals and compliance needs. • Manage small to mid-sized projects, ensuring requirements align with our SoW, work is completed to a satisfactory level, ensuring communication with our WFS enablement partners, to ensure on-time delivery, budget adherence, and client satisfaction. • Mentor and provide guidance to junior consultants, supporting their knowledge transfer and professional growth. • Manage tickets for our existing clients to update their configuration as necessary. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional system issues, ensuring optimal performance. • Enabling standard reports and translations, and support system integrations to enhance Workforce Software functionality. • Contribute to process improvements and participate in knowledge-sharing sessions with the internal team.
🎯 Requirements
• Expertise and certification in Workforce Software Time & Attendance configuration. • Strong understanding of Workforce Software Integrations and Reporting. • Ability to translate client business needs into system solutions. • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving both technical and functional system issues. • Excellent communication skills for client engagement, pre-sales support, and internal leadership. • Ability to manage multiple projects and ensure successful implementations.
