• Act as single point of contact for the Programs within the delivery towers. • Monitor and review the ongoing status of all the Program activities with delivery team and dependencies with other key stakeholders. • Collaborate with stakeholders for day-to-day management of priorities, delivery scope, schedule and work deliverables. • Liaison with Test Managers at onsite & offshore to meet delivery commitments. • Participate in regular test management governance meetings, continuous improvement towards current business practices/ processes. • Responsible for weekly and monthly reports on test delivery. • Assess program status and RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies). • Share best practices and insights from other Gainwell customers. • Manage program changes and ensure adherence to overall SLA’s defined. • Work with Test CoE process governance team and identify areas to deploy processes, tools and standards improvement areas in test delivery. • Analyze Test CoE metrics to drive continuous improvement within the program. • Ensure effective collaboration with Shared Services (automation, environment, performance, tools etc.) within Test CoE. • Share project/program specific best practices across Test CoE. • Monitor deployment of quality & audit process improvements and enhancements to improve outcomes and efficiencies across Test organization. • Demand-capacity planning. • Participate in periodic projects pipeline review. • Estimate the efforts. • Evaluate skill demand based on the nature of the project/program.
• Business degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Business degree in related field preferred. • 10 or more years of related experience. • 5 or more years in a supervisory or management capacity. • Experience working in software Quality Assurance or Test Programmer role, in a global environment. • Experience working in a global organization of size, scope and complexity.
