• About Us: Live experiences help people cross today’s digital divide and focus on what truly connects us – the here, the now, this once-in-a-lifetime moment that’s bringing us together. • The Role: We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist to join our team, a cross-functional group supporting all aspects of Gametime. This role will lead our Attribution efforts and help understand the full customer journey across all channels and touchpoints. • Above & Beyond: The Impact You'll Make: Develop and implement a comprehensive multi-touch attribution framework that tracks the customer journey across all marketing channels and touchpoints. Leverage SKAdNetwork (SKAN 4) and other mobile measurement instruments to track and report on mobile installs and interactions. Build methods to stitch together user identifiers across platforms. • Things You’ll Always Be Curious: Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of multi-touch attribution models, tools, UTM tracking, and experience designing frameworks and techniques for merging user identities using email, IP addresses, and device identifiers. • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work cross-functionally with teams in marketing, supply, finance, and fan happiness.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field. • 4+ years of experience working with attribution models, identity stitching, and mobile measurement in a data-driven marketplace environment. • Broad understanding of various online and offline marketing channels (e.g., email, social, paid search, tv) and their impact on the customer journey. • Strong proficiency in SQL, Python/R for data analysis and processing and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Sigma). • Strong understanding of UTM parameters, marketing tags, and SKAdNetwork (SKAN) for mobile measurement. • Prior experience in a mobile-first company with a deep understanding of SKAdNetwork (SKAN 4) and other privacy-compliant mobile measurement solutions. • Strong foundation in statistics, with experience in A/B testing, performance metrics, and predictive analytics. • Experience in ticketing is a strong plus.
