• 15+ years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years at the executive level, ideally in a company of 200+ employees. • Significant experience in people leadership, organizational design, professional development, total rewards, talent acquisition, and HR management. • SHRM-SCP or SHRM-CP certification preferred. • Expertise in organizational design, talent management, and performance management with a global perspective in a remote-first environment. • Proven track record of hiring, managing, developing, and leading high performance organizations and teams in a remote-first environment. • Strategic leadership skills with a track record of developing effective leadership and management development programs. • Deep understanding of HR practices, employment law, total rewards (including equity compensation at a private VC-backed company), and compliance standards across different regions. • Proven talent acquisition and recruiting management experience, including at the Executive level. • Experience setting goals and/or OKRs and leading processes that track individual and departmental performance against goals. Strong analytical skills for organizational needs assessment and strategic solution implementation including new workforce tools. • Exceptional ability to deliver values-aligned communications to key stakeholders.
