• At Gardens Interactive, we believe great games are built on connection. • A skilled and adaptable Senior Producer is essential to bringing this vision to life. • You'll work across disciplines to create systems that balance iteration, learning, and exploration with the needs of a cohesive product. • Your expertise will shepherd teams through the challenges of prototyping, iterating, and integrating novel types of play into a continuously evolving Live project.

🎯 Requirements

• A track record of success in pre-production, prototyping, and transitions to live operations. • A passion for building production methodologies that ensure experimentation and prototyping efforts meaningfully contribute to a larger product vision. • Experience producing, and shipping, experimental gameplay. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills that inspire trust and earn respect. • A commitment to continuous improvement of your skills, our processes, and the ways we collaborate. • Tools (both interpersonal and technical) to address and resolve challenges across people, products, and processes. • A passion for incorporating fairness, inclusivity, and equity in every aspect of your work.
