📋 Description

• Develop and implement data-driven email and SMS marketing strategies to engage customers at various stages of their journey as well as work closely with the marketing team to integrate email and SMS into the broader marketing strategy. • Plan, execute, and optimize email and SMS campaigns, ensuring they meet business goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences. • Analyze and report on campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI. • Collaborate with product, design, and content teams to create compelling, on-brand email and SMS content. • Manage the email and SMS marketing platforms and ensure campaigns are executed seamlessly while staying up to date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in email and SMS marketing.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in email and SMS marketing, with a proven track record of driving customer engagement and retention. • Experience managing and executing multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS) using marketing automation platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Salesforce Marketing Cloud). • Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing, segmentation, and campaign performance analysis. • Excellent writing, communication, and copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail. • Knowledge of email and SMS marketing best practices, deliverability, and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM). • Ability to work cross-functionally, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
