Description

• Lead, grow and optimize our strategic finance team with high degrees of analytical rigor, cross-functional collaboration and a broad skill set combining finance, data, and strategy • Collaborate with company and functional leadership to analyze complex business decisions and provide thought partnership through a financial lens • Create and operate key financial forecasting tools and operating models, partnering with teams across the business to maximize predictability • Develop, deliver, and maintain insightful reporting on KPIs, growth trends and operational metrics to key internal and external stakeholders • Manage the financial planning and budgeting lifecycle, working to shape the financial trajectory of the business and connect operating goals to financial targets • Identify and execute opportunities to maximize ROI throughout the organization and drive sustainable growth • Implement new processes, tools, and systems to improve forecasting and reporting accuracy and efficiency • Managing, developing, motivating and retaining a high-performance FP&A team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Accounting or Finance • Total 8-10+ years of finance experience and 2+ years of management experience • Proven experience in managing day-to-day financial operations and systems • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities • Strong leadership skills, with a strong track record of hiring, developing, and retaining top talent • A willingness to “roll up your sleeves” and do whatever is necessary to ensure company success • Experience working in a rapidly evolving startup environment • A desire to be a part of our mission to improve the U.S. healthcare system
