Description

• Research, write, and publish analysis for a technical audience • Provide insights to clients through 1:1 interaction and presentations • Actively shape the direction of Gartner research • Communication of complex concepts concisely • Partner with sales and service delivery partners for growth

Requirements

• 12 years of experience in enterprise IT; minimum of 5 years in automation or related field; minimum of 1 year of GenAI research or hands-on experience • Extensive experience interfacing with IT operations, including ITSM, monitoring, and cloud teams • Experience with automation and GenAI tools such as Red Hat Ansible, OpenAI, and UIPath • Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to explain concepts, vendor evaluations, and automation strategies to a technical audience • Experience working with technical architecture and implementation teams • Excellent writing ability; must be able to create detailed but easy-to-understand written research to lead clients to success • Robust public speaking, presentation creation and delivery
