Description
•We are looking for a Senior Deal Desk Analyst to join our Deal Operations team to drive efficiencies in our quote-to-cash process. •This role will work directly with the Sales organization by providing a high level of service with integrity, urgency, and responsiveness. •An ideal candidate will have a desire to work in a role that is continuously evolving as our organization grows.
Requirements
•Bachelor’s Degree. •3 to 5 years of experience with Sales Ops, Finance and/or Revenue Accounting, Deal Desk, or Sales. •Familiarity with financial or revenue recognition principles and contracting guidelines. •Experience in a high volume / multi-transactional environment. •Proficiency with Salesforce, CPQ, Excel, and Google Sheets. •Strong attention to detail both in writing and with numbers. •Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and draw actionable insights. •Experience with direct SaaS sales ecosystems and sales quoting. •Excellent oral and written communication skills. •Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills. •Trustworthy with sensitive information.
