Description

• At Placemakr, home meets hospitality by combining apartment living, vacation rentals, and hotel stays. • Our property team members help our buildings thrive by focusing on execution and ensuring a great experience for both residents and guests. • The Sr. Analyst, Asset Management will assist in the asset management and analysis of both Pop-Up and Hospitality Living opportunities; support broader corporate FP&A and Acq & Development team. • This is a remote position requiring a candidate located near major airports to work east coast hours.

Requirements

• You have a bachelor’s degree with a concentration in economics, finance, accounting, math, or engineering, or other related field • 4+ years in a related role focused on complex financial modeling and valuation • Familiarity with multi-family/hospitality assets and how they operate and are valued • Experience in multi-family/hospitality operations • Demonstrated ability to research and track down the best possible answer or solution • Proof of strong quantitative skills, specifically with Excel • Ability to present complex strategies and concepts to Executives and Stakeholders • You have a thirst to learn • You have an unwavering attention to detail • You are a consummate professional and strong interpersonal skills • Ability to manage projects and priorities and handle tight timelines • Must be willing to travel 10-15% of the time
