• The Database Administrator is responsible for implementing and maintaining the application databases and software at Jupiter Medical Center. • Responsible for the audit, maintenance and integrity of the databases assigned. • Works with the user departments, system analysts, technical experts, and the software vendors providing exceptional customer service and open lines of communication. • Responsible for maintaining the necessary tables, log files and parameters to ensure smooth operation of assigned systems. • Responsible for maintaining the cloverleaf interface engine. • Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
• Minimum of three years healthcare experience working in Information Services, Finance, Decision Support or some related department with extensive knowledge of financial systems. • Strong interpersonal communication and organization skills required. • Prior financial, costing and productivity, experience a plus. • Advanced Microsoft Office Skills, SQL experience required. • Ability to learn proprietary ad hoc report writer.
