Requirements

• 12+ years of relevant field or industry professional services experience • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Direct, recent experience as a tech CEO / founder within a professional services organization is highly preferred • Deep knowledge of the global and competitive landscape within the subject area as well as the interplay in that market • Demonstrable executive presence; can immediately establish credibility with executives and other stakeholders • Strong communicator who is able to explain complex concepts concisely and simply • Ability to work independently, while also collaborating across teams and supporting the workflow of others, in a multicultural global team • A desire and ability to author unique, Gartner-proprietary research effectively and succinctly. • Intellectual agility, curiosity, courage to push boundaries • Strong organizational skills; ability to work under tight deadlines and produce high-quality deliverables • Strong written and verbal proficiency, analytical and presentation skills; ability to engage clients and respond effectively to questions • Proficient in analyzing and synthesizing data; can effectively apply patterns and frameworks while drawing and defending conclusions to client challenges • Strong business and financial acumen • Enjoy challenging and being challenged. Voicing your opinion. Learning agile and adept at navigating highly matrixed environment • Willingness and ability to travel up to 15%
