Requirements
• 12+ years of relevant experience in HR functional and/or technology leadership roles • Bachelor's degree or equivalent; graduate degree a plus • Informed understanding of CHRO challenges • Track record of managing HR technology strategies • Deep knowledge of HR tech landscape • Strong written and verbal proficiency • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Comfort presenting at large engagements
