• Help clients communicate value from technology spend via dashboards and metrics • Deliver advice and guidance through published research and client meetings • Create innovative, thought-provoking research content addressing client priorities and challenges • Provide actionable advice via virtual or face-to-face interactions • Support sales by representing the voice of the market to research teams • Create presentation materials for events and client briefings • Build credibility as an industry expert to represent Gartner research

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experiences; Graduate degree preferred • 12+ years of relevant field or industry experience, preferably worked in IT / Technology Finance Department • Strong grasp of financial concepts applicable to information technology issues in large enterprises • Demonstrate executive presence and establish credibility with stakeholders • Strong organizational skills; ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines • Excellent research and writing ability • Strong written and verbal proficiency, analytical and presentation skills • Proficient in analyzing and synthesizing data • Effective communicator able to explain complex concepts simply • Subject matter expert comfortable presenting in various settings • Strong business and financial acumen • Deep knowledge of the global and competitive landscape within subject area • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a multicultural global team • Agile learner familiar with highly matrixed environments
