📋 Description
• Produce insightful research and advice that addresses the most pressing questions faced by IT leaders across various industries • Write high quality, clear, actionable, insightful advisory research documents, in Japanese and English • Engage in executive level discussions about ERP and broader Enterprise Applications • Help our client to create or advise on ERP strategies and technology roadmap • Have C-Level interactions and deliver high impact actionable advice through face-to-face and virtual presentations and discussions with clients • Be vocal in any discussion internally and externally
🎯 Requirements
• Native-level Japanese, and business-level English • Bachelor`s degree, MBA or Graduate degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience • 12+ years of relevant field or industry experience • Experience as a senior Application leader in a mid or large sized organization • Significant experience with people leadership topics such as designing future-fit organization structures, skills and talent management and driving culture change via transformational initiatives • Practical experience leading investments in ERP, and other Enterprise Applications, especially for packaged ones, such as ERP (highest priority), and CRM while connecting Enterprise Application work to business outcomes and overcoming technical debt • Proficiency in analyzing and synthesizing data; can effectively apply patterns and frameworks while drawing and defending conclusions to client challenges • Experience with a wide range of environments from traditional to more leading-edge across a variety of industries and geographies is preferred • Ability to work independently, while also being intrinsically motivated to collaborate across teams and support the workflow of others, in a multicultural global team • Demonstrate excellence in research and writing ability
