📋 Description

• Engage with CFO’s from the world’s leading companies and organizations and make Gartner insights come alive for them. • Actively meet with CFOs and help Gartner Sales & Service Delivery teams better understand their mission critical priorities • The Member Acquisition role within GCFO is uniquely positioned to educate and support Sales on new business opportunities. • You will act as a coach to the Sales Team to help close and qualify new and current clients • You will actively participate in the strategic account planning process to determine growth opportunities • You will conduct Proof of Concept Calls, and help to define and prepare Service Kick-Offs • Partner with the Executive Partner for GCFO Team, the Finance Sales, Product Marketing, and Research teams to develop and engage in the GCFO go-to-market strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• 20+ years working in a senior management role in a Finance capacity and 5+ years as a CFO or equivalent • In-depth understanding of all aspects of the finance function & finance transformation activities • A history of leading finance transformation initiatives • Must have experience across a DIVERSE set of industries and ownership structures • Experience in the Fortune 500 is highly valued • Experience in a Sales-focused role (preferably within a consulting environment) • A history of coaching, presenting and collaborating at a senior level (C-level preferable) • Candidates must have excellent interpersonal skills • Collaboration and ability to influence • Strong time / project management skills / must be detail oriented • Minimum Bachelor’s degree required; Masters preferred
