• Responsible for leadership and optimization of all billing and collection functions. • Ensure efficient and effective management of revenue generation and financial performance. • Collaborate with executive leadership to develop revenue cycle strategies.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field. • Minimum of 10 years progressive experience in Revenue Cycle management within a healthcare system. • Proven knowledge in revenue cycle best practices, billing and coding regulations and healthcare reimbursement methodologies. • Proficiency in MS Office. • Expert knowledge of AMA coding guidelines, government and commercial payer regulations, insurance contract analysis, and denial resolution is required. • Familiarity with revenue cycle software and systems – Epic and gGastro a plus.
