🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years in business development, sales, or partnerships in Web3, blockchain, or infrastructure services. • Strong industry network with contacts in blockchain projects, DAOs, investors, and developer communities. • Experience in RPC services, node infrastructure, or Web3 APIs is a strong plus. • Proven track record of generating leads, securing partnerships, and closing high-value deals. • Exceptional networking skills—ability to connect with key players and drive business through introductions. • Willingness to travel frequently to conferences, events, and meetings worldwide. • Excellent communication & negotiation skills—confident in pitching and presenting to decision-makers. • Understanding of Web3 development tools, blockchain ecosystems, and infrastructure services (RPCs, nodes, staking, validators, APIs, etc.).
